365 Days With Depression
ABOUT THIS WORK
A year of honest readings for living with depression, especially on the days when getting through ordinary life takes more effort than anyone can see. Each week explores a different part of the experience, with reflection and practical tools alongside the words.
Depression does not only happen in therapy rooms or at moments of crisis. It happens while the laundry waits, messages go unanswered, plans get cancelled and somebody asks how you are doing when you do not know how to answer.
365 Days With Depression was created for those ordinary days.
Across 52 weekly themes, the book offers a full year of readings about living with depression as it is actually experienced. Some days offer perspective. Some offer a practical tool. Some simply put language around something the reader may have been feeling but unable to explain.
Weekly reflections create space to notice what is happening without demanding constant progress or positivity. Selected audio elements add another way to engage when reading feels like too much.
This is not a promise that every day gets better. It is company, language and something useful to reach for while you are still living through it.
