MI CYAAN SLEEP
Night can make every unfinished thing feel urgent. Write down the one part you need to remember. Morning can handle the meeting. Right now, you are allowed to stop working on it.
You do not have to turn the extra hour into a productivity challenge. Read a little. Listen to something gentle. Lie down without demanding that your body perform sleep on command.
The silence does not mean you are going backwards. Sometimes grief simply has fewer things competing with it at night. You do not have to settle the whole loss before morning.
